Our Office of DVCRI  (PSP & RMC) Universiti Putra Malaysia community with full determination pledge to provide quality and efficient services to meet customer needs.

1. Informed decisions grant application within five (5) working days from receipt of the letter from the sponsor. - RMC

2. Issue a grant offer letter within 21 working days after receipt of the application results. - RMC

3. An informed decision on the application for attending seminars/conferences / workshops/tours abroad (SKBL) within two (2) months after the application is received. - RMC

4. Issue a certificate of application of intellectual property protection within five (5) working days from the date of assessment by the committee of intellectual property (JPHI). - PSP

5. An informed decision on the application to participate in the research competition within 21 working days of the closing date. - PSP

6.Provide feedback assessment research report within five (5) working days after the evaluation is conducted.- RMC
